Overview

We are expanding our Medium-Voltage division and looking for highly skilled Medium-Voltage Cable Specialists capable of executing clean, safe, and reliable terminations across a wide range of environments. This opportunity is designed for technicians and certified splicers who take pride in precision workmanship, safety discipline, and professional execution.

This role requires individuals who can operate independently, travel as needed, and perform at a high level inside pad-mounts, vaults, substations, industrial switchgear rooms, and overhead/underground distribution systems.

• Deliver clean, precise MV terminations from 5kV–35kV
• Can walk into any environment—padmount, vault, URD, manhole, industrial—and perform with confidence
• Follow safety, switching, and LOTO procedures to the letter

🛠  Core Responsibilities

• Perform MV terminations (5kV–35kV) using heat-shrink, cold-shrink, molded kits, and epoxy systems
• Execute loadbreak and deadbreak terminations (200A & 600A)
• Complete MV splicing (URD, feeders, single-conductor, multi-conductor)
• Install stress cones and perform exact cable prep to manufacturer specifications
