Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $30-40 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
- Overtime: Eligible for overtime pay at time and a half

Job Expectations
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week with potential for overtime
- Work Environment: Various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial sites, may require working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Travel Requirements: Frequent travel to job sites within New York and Pennsylvania
- Safety Standards: Adherence to all company and OSHA safety regulations is mandatory
- Independence: Our Electricians are expected to be self motivated and professional, able to work with limited supervision in a safe and workmanlike manor.
- Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly,
- Stand or walk for long periods (8 hours +)
- Work at heights 50’+
- and work in confined spaces
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrician or in a related field
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams; experience with electrical systems, wiring, and circuit breakers
- Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and clients
